SPRING RESET

London has been incredibly sunny so it’s time for a refresh.

  • Change your bedsheets.

  • Finally clean that water bottle.

  • Donate some clothes.

  • Do something different.

  • Reset your goals.

I’ve found through my career that the main reason one procrastinates is because we’re not aligned to our WHY. If your purpose is not really yours, you will be less inclined to actually want to do it.

For instance, I fought for a while the idea that I should want a 9-5. Because it’s more stable and yes, it would be great to not have to fight for a pay check every month.

When you have your own business, the cash flow is your most constant colleague.

BUT I found that I love to work flexibly, I like to problem solve and most of all I love to connect people, brands, things.

Which is why I recently launched a new agency and started to put together community sports events.

It’s all about networking and community, but in different spheres and I am now figuring out the best way to balance it all.

You don’t need to follow a rule book.

I am also at the final weeks of coaching the Roundhouse Accelerator with some BRILLIANT entrepreneurs. I shared this exercise with them and now I am sharing it with you.

THE EXERCISE

  1. Grab a post it or a piece of paper.

  2. Write a headline and the name of a publication you’d like to see yourself / your business in this year. What does the headline say?

  3. Now do the same for 3-5 years from now. Go BIG.

Does it make you feel excited?

If not, this is a good time to ask yourself… why.

Also… what even is LATE?
