Meet the Mentors

✨ Vivi Kallinikou - Director of Content at ArtRabbit

Vivi Kallinikou is a digital strategist, cultural commentator and community-builder working across the arts and creative industries.

She is currently Managing Director at ArtRabbit, a leading digital platform for discovering and engaging with contemporary art and visual culture. Under her leadership, ArtRabbit has grown into one of the most recognised and valued platforms for arts and culture in the UK, with recent launches in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur expanding its global reach.

Vivi focuses on building strong relationships with cultural and commercial organisations, shaping ArtRabbit’s editorial voice and community vision, and ensuring that digital tools serve both practitioners and audiences in inclusive, accessible ways.

Her career began at the blue-chip gallery Blain|Southern, and has spanned roles in publishing, art market research and production. She holds an MA in Global Arts and Contemporary Art Theory from Goldsmiths, University of London, and a BA in Art History, Philosophy and Politics from Freie Universität Berlin.

✨ Juliet Russell - Sustainability Director at Versace

With a strong background leading sustainability strategy within the fashion industry, Juliet is currently Sustainability Director at Versace.

Prior to that, she gained valuable experience in material innovation, ESG Reporting, biodiversity conservation and impact accounting for companies like Stella McCartney and PANGAIA.

Her expertise spans the spectrum of environmental and social responsibility, within fashion, entertainment, smart cities, and broad cross-industry reporting. Juliet can mentor people wanting to work in sustainability in any industry

✨ Pete Gomori - Creative Director in Sport, Fashion & Culture

Pete is an independent creative director with 20 years of experience in marketing and advertising. He currently focuses on sport, fashion and culture, and has worked with agencies across London on the likes of the England football, rugby and cricket teams, Under Armour and EA7, Spurs, Chelsea, Intersport and more, with a specialism in women's sport.

He likes to weave together diverse influences from different media and cultural reference points, from music to art to film and beyond.

He loves to help people develop their creative process, improve their confidence and ability to sell their work, and build the soft skills that help them progress in their career. He'd best placed to help mid-level creatives kick on to the more senior levels of creative work.

✨ Cat March - Head of Corporate Development at The Old Vic theatre

Cat (she/her) has built a career in fundraising and sponsorship sales within the cultural sector, including with Tate, Theatre Royal Stratford East, and is currently Head of Corporate Development at The Old Vic theatre.

She has designed and executed sponsorship campaigns with a variety of well-known brands including EY, BMW, Deutsche Bank, LOEWE, PwC, Royal Bank of Canada, UNIQLO, and Van Cleef & Arpels.

As a sponsorship practitioner, she is particularly interested in understanding the intricate dynamics that define the relationship between the cultural and corporate worlds. Cat is Vice Chair and a Trustee with Hackney Showroom – an award-winning theatre company and a grassroots civic arts venue.

✨ Sara Bormolini - Foreign Rights Manager at the Walker Books Group

Sara is a Foreign Rights Manager at the Walker Books Group, where she licenses translation rights across German, Dutch, and Portuguese language markets. Prior to her career in Rights, she worked in Editorial and Production, and her publishing experience includes a voluntary position with the Society of Young Publishers as Mentorship Scheme Lead.

Sara would love to mentor anyone who’s looking to move into publishing or progress within the industry. Anyone who’s passionate about books and bringing literature to wider audiences.

Jade is a multi-disciplinary creative and Associate Creative Director at Eulogy, specializing in luxury and lifestyle brands.

With a career spanning different industries and constant reinvention, she is passionate about mentoring and helping young creatives navigate self-doubt and career challenges. She leads projects from concept to execution, ensuring strategic and visually compelling results.

✨ Inês Ribeiro - Head of Product Innovation and Responsible Materials at Stella McCartney

With a strong background in product innovation and sustainability within the fashion industry, Inês is currently Head of Product Innovation and Responsible Materials at Stella.

Prior to that, she gained valuable experience in product development and garment technology at companies like PANGAIA, MARQUES' ALMEIDA LTD, and Hackett London. Her expertise spans the entire product lifecycle, with a focus on driving innovation and responsible practices.

Ines can support those wanting to work in the fashion industry with a focus on sustainability as well as guide innovators on how to work with brands


How the mentoring works:

  1. Complete a quick application form and tell us who you’d like to be your mentor by the 15th July

  2. Mentors will review all answers and select a mentee

  3. You book a time with them for a one hour mentoring session.
